China, the US and Europe reach an agreement to resolve the PV dispute

Mike Froman, who will be the U.S. trade representative, said at the US Senate’s nomination hearing on the 6th that the United States, China, and the European Union have already conducted initial consultations on a “global” agreement to resolve trade disputes on photovoltaic products.

He supported the agreement because the current dispute poses a hazard to polysilicon manufacturers, solar panel manufacturers and installers.
