The new iPhone with OLED panel will be officially released in September. At present, what users are most concerned about is the price of this phone. Due to tight supply, this year's new aircraft shipments are limited. In other words, it is very likely that there will be a market with price and no market. However, according to foreign media forecasts, the iPhone 8 output will continue to grow next year. It is estimated that 200 million iPhones will use OLED panels in 2018.

Mehdi Hosseini, an analyst at Susquehanna Financial, pointed out that the iPhone 8 with OLED panels is expected to maintain shipments unchanged at 90 million units in the second half of this year. However, Apple intends to increase production in the first quarter of next year, increasing 5 million units to 55 million units. He predicts that among the iPhones shipped this year, the proportion of OLED panel models will be 50%, and it will increase to 70% next year.

The Hosseini report stated that next year Apple will use OLED panels extensively. It is estimated that 200 million iPhones will use OLED panels in 2018. These OLED iPhones all have 3D sensing capabilities. In contrast, it is difficult for Apple's opponents to obtain 3D sensor production capacity, partly because the 3D sensing ecosystem is not yet mature, and the actual use of smart phones is not clear. It is not until Apple releases the iPhone 8 that it is clear.
