The solution we have given is the following three points:

First, you can use blocking solution (milk powder, BSA), you can also use buffers such as (TBST, PBST)

Second, the primary antibody (serum) is diluted with PBS, and the secondary antibody is blocked with 1% BSA (PBST).

Third, the concentration of 1% BSA in the blocking solution is low. Both the primary antibody and the secondary antibody are diluted with 3% or 5% BSA. If it is closed, the concentration of BSA used is as large as it is.
