It is forbidden to use high-efficiency and low-efficiency lighting facilities and products in new construction projects, and strive to phase out outdated products with low efficiency and high consumption in two years to achieve urban green lighting.

Cities should improve urban functional lighting and eliminate non-lighted areas; the newly installed, reconstructed and expanded urban road lighting rate should reach 100%; road lighting main road lighting rate should reach 98%, secondary road, branch lighting rate It should reach 96%; the intact rate of road lighting facilities should reach 95%, and the intact rate of landscape lighting facilities should reach 90%.
