Liard announced on the evening of November 24 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Lifeng Culture Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lifeng Culture"), has successfully won the bid for the Linyi District Citizen Cultural Center Project General Contract (EPC). The project was awarded by Zibo Yingyang Cultural Industry Development Co., Ltd. and managed by Shandong Yuguang Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. The notice confirmed that Lifeng Culture, as part of a consortium with Shandong Gaoyang Construction Co., Ltd., is the winning bidder. The total winning bid amount is RMB 207.75 million, with Lifeng Culture expected to contribute approximately RMB 796.61 million (subject to final contract terms). This project marks a new approach to urban development, combining business innovation with creative space design. It aims to create a cultural business travel complex that integrates public gathering areas, cultural experiences, tourism, and commercial spaces. By linking three levels of business activities, the project will promote cultural experiences, knowledge exchange, parent-child education, and sports health initiatives. The Linyi District Citizen Cultural Center is expected to become a cultural hub for citizens, offering leisure, business, and government services, while also serving as a model for future "cultural business travel" projects. The project is anticipated to generate revenue based on its completion timeline and is expected to positively impact Liard’s performance in 2019 and 2020. In addition, institutional investors visited the company in September to gain a deeper understanding of its operations and growth strategies. Discussions were held with Liard's leadership, including Secretary Li Nan and Director Liu Yang from the Investor Relations team.
