However, despite this, the smart speaker only supports a limited range of commands, and the Siri experience on the HomePod is not as robust as on an iPhone.
This situation has left many Apple fans disappointed, as the HomePod seems to lack the full potential of a true smart speaker. Tim Cook himself acknowledged this in an interview, stating that Apple’s product development often occurs much earlier than what the public or competitors expect. Yet, in the case of smart speakers, Apple appears to be lagging behind its rivals.
