1 Project Overview:
Datang Dongying 2×1000MW new construction project is located in the Dongying Port Economic Development Zone in the northern part of Dongying City, within the breakwater of Gangcheng City, and borders on the Bohai Sea to the east and the north. It is about 110 kilometers away from Dongying City. It is the “Planning Blue Economic Zone Development Plan of Shandong Province†and "The development plan of the Yellow River Delta efficient eco-economic zone" key power projects. It plans to build a 4×1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired turbine-generator unit and construct a 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit in the first phase of the project. The host intends to use secondary intermediate reheating and six-cylinder six-bar steam condensing steam turbines to simultaneously establish flue gas desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal devices. The unit cooling adopts the seawater direct current circulation method, the industrial water adopts the seawater desalination process, the desulfurization adopts the limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process, the flue gas system does not have flue gas bypass, the desulfurization efficiency is not less than 98.7%, and the low-nitrogen combustion technology and selection are adopted for the denitration. SCR technology, using liquid ammonia as denitrification reducing agent, denitrification efficiency is not lower than 85%; dust removal adopts low-temperature electrostatic precipitator, integrated dust removal efficiency is not less than 99.93%, and pollutant emission index reaches gas turbine emission standard.

3 Bidding scope and qualification requirements:
Certification certificate: The bidding enterprise has passed the ISO9000 quality management system certification, and its certificate is within the validity period.
Production license: Yes.
Delivery performance: The sales, design, and manufacture of 2 sets of 1000MW and above capacity unit equipment performance.
Performance: In the past 5 years, the bidder has a set of equipment with capacity of 1000MW or above and has more than 2 years of good operating experience. No major equipment quality problems or effective improvement measures have been found during installation and commissioning.
4.1 Must have independent legal personality of the People's Republic of China and have a valid and valid business license.
