Wireless Electronic Crane Scale

This product is widely used in various industries, and our company has been providing high-quality solutions for years.

The wireless electronic crane scale is designed to be user-friendly and highly accurate, making it a top choice among professionals. With the integration of wireless technology, it offers greater flexibility and convenience during operation.

When it comes to troubleshooting or calibration, today we’ll walk you through how to quickly debug your wireless electronic crane scale. Here’s what you need to know:

First, refer to the user manual provided with the display unit. Check all the function keys to ensure they are working properly. This step helps improve the accuracy and reliability of the weighing process.

Second, perform a full-scale calibration. Place the maximum weight on the platform, and follow the instructions in the manual to calibrate the system. Once the displayed value matches the actual weight, remove the load and verify that the scale returns to zero. Then, divide the maximum capacity into several points, including the minimum, maximum, and intermediate weights. Ensure that the error at each point remains within the acceptable tolerance range.

Third, use a voltmeter to measure the output voltage from each of the four load cells. If the voltages are inconsistent, adjust the variable resistor in the junction box to balance them. When adjusting, make sure both resistors are turned in the same direction by the same number of rotations. Turning clockwise typically reduces resistance and increases voltage, while turning counterclockwise does the opposite. Continue adjusting until all load cells show consistent readings.

Fourth, conduct a gravimetric test by placing 10% of the maximum weight in the center of the platform, directly over the load cells. Measure the output voltage of each sensor using the voltmeter. If there is a discrepancy, adjust the internal variable resistor to equalize the voltage across all sensors.

By following these four steps, you can efficiently calibrate and maintain your wireless electronic crane scale. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us. We’re here to help! Thank you for choosing our products.
