It is an important place for the party and the state to hold political, diplomatic, and social activities, and is also one of the capital's landmark buildings. The construction area of ​​the Great Hall of the People is 171,800 square meters, and the height of the building is two to three times that of the general building. The clearance of the 10,000 people hall is 39 meters and the width of the mouth is 32 meters. Due to the constraints of the built-up era, energy-saving technology, technology and other factors, structural and functional reasons, energy consumption is higher than ordinary large-scale buildings.
In response to the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy and the State Council’s call for “building an energy-saving government and making resource conservation modelsâ€, the Great Hall of the People took the lead in implementing energy-saving renovations and publicizing the energy-saving renovation project for the LED lighting source of the People’s Hall. Tender.
Due to the particularity of the Great Hall of the People, there are very strict requirements for the safety, stability, illumination, color rendering, etc. of the LED lighting fixtures entering it, especially for light and lighting control.
Second, overcome technical difficulties
The 10,000-meter hall full of stars has 210W, 110W, 60W three powers, the original thyristor dimming mode is required, and the dimming effect is comparable to that of incandescent lamps. The lights are turned on and the lights are neat and consistent. The change visual linearity is high. In order to meet this requirement, Qinshang Optoelectronics conducted in-depth research on the characteristics of thyristor dimming equipment and the setting of dimming curve, and developed a driver with high reliability and ideal dimming effect to meet product driving and control requirements.
The heat dissipation of high-power LED indoor lighting products is also particularly critical. The LED products used in the project are developed by Qinshang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. and Tsinghua University. They integrate the whole mesh super-book heat sink, vertical heat dissipation structure, and up and down ventilation convection to create a "vertical convection heat dissipation structure" to make full use of air heat. The "chimney effect" of the dynamics principle combines the LED lamps with the air outlets of the building's fresh air system, and uses the fresh air system for active heat dissipation, effectively avoiding the "heat island effect" and enabling the LED lamps to achieve the desired heat dissipation effect.
Third, the transformation results
In the lighting renovation of the Great Hall of the People in the Great Hall of the People, Qinshang Optoelectronics replaced the original 1000W, 500W, and 300W incandescent lamps with 210W, 110W, and 60W LED lamps, all of which have a height of 30 meters or more. Directly, it can still achieve very good vertical illumination and brightness. After the transformation, the average horizontal illumination is 2~3 times of the original illumination, and the direct power saving is more than 75%. At the same time, the heat radiated by the lamp to the auditorium is reduced by about 300KW. Save a lot of air conditioning electricity.
