After the alliance is established, it must play the role of a bridge connecting enterprises and government, and provide data support for government decisions in such areas as public services.

Li Jun, deputy director of the Union Experts Committee and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, stated that new energy vehicles are connected with big data from the beginning of their birth, and vehicle operations and battery data need to be collected and uploaded.
