Since its launch, Sharp's ZENIGATA series has received strong support from customers and agents. There are four 3.6W and 6.7W LED modules, the highest luminous efficiency is 76 and 80lm/W. The former is equivalent to a 6W/7W energy-saving lamp with a brightness of 250-400lm and a 30W/35W lamp; the 6.7W LED is equivalent to a 6W/7W energy-saving lamp with a brightness of 550-700lm and a 30W/35W lamp. The two modules are designed to replace traditional lighting bulbs, halogen lamps, spotlights, street lights, and more. The three or forty LED chips used in the module are all from Japanese companies, and their luminous efficacy is equivalent to 7W and 11W energy-saving lamps. It is obviously nearly double the power saving. The ZENIGATA family of products currently includes cold, medium and warm white LED modules. In general, LED point sources commonly used in the market need to use a lens to spread the radiation angle of the beam; and LED lamps need to use a secondary optical design, the purpose is to narrow the beam.

In addition to the 3.6W, 6.7W chip, a patch-type 0.3-0.8W LED (ceramic package, 3030) was also demonstrated. Long life and color rendering (CRI = 87).

At the Guangya exhibition site, Sharp-Roxy exhibited not only the LED products themselves, but also the concept of providing complete solutions and providing deep service to customers. Mr. Li Dawen, the marketing manager of the company, said that the problem now is that customers are increasingly strict with the delivery time requirements, and some even require delivery within one week. Therefore, Sharp will provide some solutions to customers and help them design new products in the fastest time. Solutions include optical components, aluminum substrates or wired aluminum substrates, and drive systems, all supplied by Sharp's partners.

Visitors who come to visit will find that the 3.6W ZENIGATA light source, optical components, aluminum substrate and PCB have been sampled in the window of the Sharp booth; once the customer orders, Sharp will respond quickly, directly from the agent. Pick up the goods there. In this way, the customer only needs to design the luminaire structure, and while maintaining the time to market, the quality is still maintained.

The Protective Fitting is primarily used to protect conductors, insulators and so on, including the grading frng for protecting insulators, the counter weight to prevent insulators up and the damper, armor rod that can avoid the vibration of conductors. The protective fitting can suffer the aeolian vibration but make no fatigue damage. It bears some mechanical load. Protective fittings generally include dampers, spacer-dampers (for double, three, four, six, eight-bundle conductors),preformed armor rods, aluminums tapes, counter weights, grading&shielding rings, arcing horns and so on. Generally, greyiron, malleable cast iron, steel, and aluminum alloy are used as it's materials. All the ferrous metal should be hot-dip galvanized.
