However, Intel acknowledges that the current VR industry is still grappling with challenges. Poor user experiences have limited VR to being a niche interest for tech enthusiasts, making it difficult for most companies to dive in. The lack of content has diminished the appeal of VR hardware for users, creating a vicious cycle.

This situation isn’t fundamentally different from the awkward phase esports faced a decade ago. Despite Intel’s technological prowess aimed at solving hardware experience issues, stable growth in VR users requires significant investment—something that can’t be achieved merely by throwing money at the problem.
