This collaboration focuses on creating a cloud-based real-time location system that enables hospital staff to quickly locate essential medical devices and equipment. By reducing the time spent searching for tools, the system aims to enhance overall medical efficiency and improve patient care.
According to tests conducted at Swedish university hospitals, this technology has already shown promising results, helping healthcare professionals save up to 63% of their search time for necessary medical equipment. This kind of advancement can make a significant difference in high-pressure environments where every second counts.
Joacim Lindoff, CEO of Arjo, emphasized that this partnership marks a major step forward in using digital technology to boost medical efficiency. He believes it will allow hospitals to better allocate resources and provide higher quality care at a lower cost.
