The collaboration focuses on creating a real-time location system powered by cloud technology, enabling hospital staff to quickly locate essential medical devices and equipment. This system allows for instant access to any item within the facility, significantly reducing the time spent searching for critical tools. Early trials at Swedish university hospitals demonstrated that this solution can cut search times by up to 63% on average, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
