The China Securities Regulatory Commission announced that the GEM Board of Auditors passed the first application of Liard Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Changfang Semiconductor Lighting Co., Ltd. at the 80th and 81st meetings held in December 16th.

Liad Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. plans to issue 25 million shares this time, with a total share capital of 100 million shares. The company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, design, production, sales and service of LED application products.

Shenzhen Changfang Semiconductor Lighting Co., Ltd. plans to issue 27 million shares this time, with a total share capital of 108 million shares. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, design, production and sales of LED lighting source devices and LED lighting products.
